Appointments
When scheduling an appointment we ask that you have your insurance information available as well as the date of your last visit and if you have dental concerns please notify our staff. You may request an appointment online by clicking here.
Payment Options
Our office accepts cash, checks, money order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit (a dental credit card).
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We submit to all insurance companies with the exception of state insurances.
